Smart Catering Becomes ES-KO Moçambique

As you may know, ES-KO has recently acquired IFS Mauritius, a leading facilities management company operating across Sub-Saharan Africa. As part of this acquisition, IFS’s subsidiary, IFS Mozambique, is now also a part of the ES-KO family.

With both SMART Catering and IFS Mozambique under the ES-KO scope, we are positioned to leverage two highly successful businesses in the Mozambican catering and services sector. While each company targets distinct markets, they complement one another, allowing us to refine our strategies and goals to etter serve each of their unique client bases.

With that being said, we are pleased to announce an upcoming rebranding from SMART Catering to ESKO Mozambique. This change aligns our brand more closely with our global structure, while ensuring continuity in the services and dedication you expect. We assure you that SMART Catering will continue to operate with the quality and reliability you know and trust.

This rebranding reflects our commitment to exploring synergies and growth opportunities within Mozambique, aiming to strengthen our multi-functional, sector-focused business.

In line with this strategy, we wish to inform you of a management transition: Mr. Chamssedine Farhat, the current General Manager, will be reassigned to another project within the ES-KO network whilst Mr. Osvaldo Gomes will remain your point of contact for all operational matters. In addition, you may receive communications and support from IFS Mozambique, further reflecting our goal of a unified approach, as both companies are now integrated under the ES-KO umbrella.
