Mayary Grosse – Du cœur à l’ouvrage pour le Mozambique

24 ans, avec un sourire aussi chaud que le soleil de la Réunion et une détermination forgée au Mozambique, je suis une Franco-Mozambicaine, née à Quelimane, formée entre le Mozambique, La Réunion et la France Métropolitaine, qui porte en elle l’ambition d’un Mozambique prospère. Pas simplement comme un projet professionnel, mais comme un héritage familial à honorer.  Je suis née entre deux cultures, mais c'est le Mozambique qui a bercé mes premiers rêves. 

Mon parcours : des études à la mission
Ancienne élève du Lycée Français de Maputo, diplômée d’un bac ES Mention Très Bien et formée à l’EGC Business School de La Réunion, d’où j’en suis sortie diplômée avec la mention Bien, j’ai développé une expertise solide en marketing, stratégie d’entreprise, gestion, et commerce. 
Aujourd’hui en Master Management et Commerce International à l’Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France, je me spécialise dans le commerce international. 

Mais au-delà des diplômes, c’est une histoire personnelle qui guide mes choix et me motive. Petite-fille d’anciens combattants pour l’indépendance du Mozambique, j’ai grandi avec des récits de résistance, mais aussi d’espoir en un avenir meilleur. Cet héritage fait de mon engagement pour le développement économique du Mozambique bien plus qu’une ambition : une responsabilité.

Marketing, Commerce & Communication : mes leviers d’action

Je veux mettre mes compétences au service :

- D’entreprises mozambicaines cherchant à se développer à l’international 

- D’investisseurs étrangers souhaitant s’implanter au Mozambique 

- D’institutions œuvrant pour le développement économique local 

Mon objectif ? 
Créer des ponts durables entre La métropole, le Mozambique, et pourquoi pas La Réunion, en combinant rigueur académique et compréhension des réalités locales.

Mayary Grosse – Heart and Soul for Mozambique

Twenty-four years old, with a smile as warm as the Reunion Island sun, and a determination forged in Mozambique - I am a French Mozambican woman, born in Quelimane, educated across Mozambique, Reunion Island, and mainland France, driven by the vision of a prosperous Mozambique. This is not just a professional pursuit but a family legacy I am determined to honor. I was born between two cultures, yet it was Mozambique that cradled my earliest dreams.

My journey: From Studies to Mission
A former student of the French International School of Maputo Gustave Eiffel, I graduated with top honors (Bac ES mention Très Bien) and later earned a degree with honors (mention Bien) from EGC Business School in Reunion Island, where I built solid expertise in marketing, business strategy, management, and commerce. 
Currently pursuing a Master’s in International Business and Management at the Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France, I am specializing in international trade.

But beyond diplomas, it is a personal history that guides my choices and fuels my drive. As the granddaughter of veterans who fought for Mozambique’s independence, I grew up hearing stories of resistance and hope for a brighter future. This legacy transforms my commitment to Mozambique’s economic development from mere ambition into a profound responsibility.

Marketing, Commerce & Communication: My Levers for Impact
I aim to leverage my skills to support:
-    Mozambican businesses seeking international growth
-    Foreign investors looking to establish a presence in Mozambique
-    Institutions dedicated to local economic development

My goal? 
To build lasting bridges between mainland France, Mozambique, and potentially Reunion Island combining academic rigor with a deep understanding of local realities.
