AXCO includes two branches:
1. AXCO Consulting supports its clients on Transformation Organization Governance and Business Expertise projects This consulting activity benefits from all the feedback from CMG Consulting Group, best practices and "tailor made" supervision by a Senior Manager to conduct the assigned missions successfully.
2. AXCO Operations supports its clients in operational/production interventions. These interventions may take place due to of a one-off peak of activity or an operational backup over a period to be defined with the client.
