Sergio has 23 years of work experience in project design, project management and construction supervision for rigid and flexible pavement road infrastructures, ports, harbours, housing and water supply infrastructures. He has been involved in tendering, biding and preparation, project specification, evaluation of technical and financial proposals, preparation and submission of contract documentation, contract award and management for roads, bridges, ports and water supply project infrastructures.

He has been involved in construction work supervision and management, review of project drawings, specifications, preparation and management of work schedules, management of work progress to ensure adherence and compliance to project specifications, site inspections, approval of completed works, quality assurance and control, certification, establishment of reporting and communication systems and procedures including daily, weekly, monthly site and technical meeting and reports. He had gained skills on health and safety management systems to safeguard the safety of resources involved in execution of works as to avoid harmful hazards.

He’s skilled in budgeting, expenditure and financial controls, human capital management, measurement and invoicing of completed works.
