Tempus Group recognises 39 organizations for excellence in the Employee Value Proposition
On Thursday, 16 May, Tempus Global Group honoured 39 organizations that stand out in Mozambique for their excellence in Employee Value Proposition (EVP). The recognition ceremony took place during a Gala dinner, held in Maputo. The event was attended by representatives (HR directors and general managers) of the distinguished companies and organizations.
The ceremony was attended by Hanna Meireles, international instructor, Development Facilitator and founder of the company LIFE LEVEL 10. Hailing from Brazil, Hanna Meireles is also a Specialist in Strategic Planning and Management Development, as well as in Leadership, Culture and Diversity.
The organizations were awarded as part of the 3rd edition of Elite Employer, a Tempus Global Group programme based on measurable data from the Employee Benefits and Human Capital Management National Survey. This is the largest benefits study ever carried out in Mozambique which, in this edition, evaluated five pillars of the EVP, namely: Compensation and Benefits, Career, Work Environment, Culture and Work-Life Balance. The 3rd edition of the Survey took place in 2023 and was attended by more than 200 organizations.

Among the 39 distinguished organizations, the TOP 10 of the organizations with the best score was nominated, namely: Banco Nacional de Investimento, Coca-Cola Sabco Mocambique SA, Galp Moçambique, Kenmare, Moza Banco SA, Nacala Logistics, Standard Bank, Vivo Energy, Multichoice Moçambique, SA and Vodacom Moçambique.
In addition to this distinction, Tempus Global Group has announced special moments for Elite Employers throughout 2024, namely five HR4HRseminars, on current topics of interest to the development of organizations and human resources professionals.
