Tempus Global Group launches in Mozambique the 2nd edition of the Employee Benefits and Human Capital Management National Survey

Tempus Global Group launched in September the 2nd edition of Employee Benefits and Human Capital Management National Survey, which aims to evaluate organizations from the Human Resources (HR) point of view. This is an initiative of Tempus Global Group, supported by Hollard Mozambique in partnership with CCIFM.

The survey is qualitative and free of charge and focuses on four pillars of the Employee Value Proposition, respectively: Compensation & Benefits, Career, Work Environment and Culture. The questionnaire should be answered by the Human Resources Manager through the link: https://pt.surveymonkey.com/r/CCIFM.

The 1st edition of this study was presented to the market in August 2021 and counted with the participation of 140 Public, Private and Non-governmental organizations, evaluating the perspective of HR leaders. All provinces of the country were represented except Cabo Delgado and Zambézia.

Tempus intends to carry out this survey every year with the objective of providing statistical data that may contribute to the optimization of the investment in people. The idea is to offer organizations and their leaders a broader and more current vision of the labor market that goes beyond common practices, while presenting solutions with more competitive advantages for employees.

In the 2nd ongoing edition, the questionnaire assesses the perspective of HR leaders and employees. All data is treated confidentially in line with market best practices and in accordance with the General Data Protection Act, so that no organization is individually identified.

The added value organizations' free participation includes benchmarking the organization against its industry/sector and the entire market, and having access to the General Survey Report.
